We are currently offering a number of ways to support our members experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) including a No Fee Skip-a-Pay program*, and a special Emergency Loan*. To ensure the health and safety of our employees and members, we have closed our branch locations. Personal visits are available by appointment, weekdays, between 10 am and 2 pm at our Tech Square branch for urgent transactions that cannot be performed via online banking or our mobile app. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are trying to respect social distancing guidelines and ensure the health and safety of all involved. If you need assistance using our remote deposit capture service to deposit a check, please call our contact center and they can walk you through the process. 617-253-2845.
The Board of Directors, Management and the Staff of our Credit Union are monitoring updates and guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology throughout the day and are making decisions regarding hours, service and special programs/offers as appropriate. If you have questions or concerns, please call us at 617-253-2845 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If you have a private education line of credit with us, you will be receiving a communication about refunds/disbursements being sent out by some colleges and universities to reimburse for cancelled classes. If you receive a refund and would like to apply the funds to a private education line of credit to lower the overall cost of borrowing, please visit www.uasecho.com to learn more. Further instructions are available in the communications being sent.
