e-Bills Agreement

MIT Federal Credit Union's e-Bills is a Bill Payment and Presentment Service that enables you to set up recurring payments, make one time payments, and track your payments to individual payees, in addition to many other features. There's no need to write checks, buy stamps, or go to the post office. You can do this right from your home, office, computer or mobile device. e-Bills is a FREE service for all users.

MIT Federal Credit Union Bill Payment and Presentment Authorization

I AUTHORIZE MIT Federal Credit Union to post payment transactions generated by Personal Computer or Mobile Device from the e-Bills service to my Share Draft (Checking) Account or the accounts indicated if I have set-up additional funding accounts within the system. I understand that I am in full control of my account. My use of the Bill Paying Service signifies that I have read the terms and conditions of the Internet Account Access Disclosure and Agreement which has been provided to me electronically when I first accessed MIT Federal Credit Union's e-Branch Service.

I UNDERSTAND that payments may, in some circumstances, take up to 10 business days to reach the vendor and that they will be sent either electronically or by check. Generally, electronic payments will arrive at their destination in 3 - 5 business days. Payments sent by check generally arrive within 10 business days. MIT Federal Credit Union is not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against me.

I UNDERSTAND that I am responsible for any fee or penalty that I incur due to insufficient funds or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from my account.
