If I want to dispute an item on my Visa bill, how do I go about doing so?

All disputes must be sent in writing to Customer Service, P.O. BOX 30495, Tampa, FL 33630. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first bill on which the error or problem occurred. Please include the following information on the dispute form:

  1. Your name and account number
  2. Dollar amount of suspected error
  3. Description of the error and, if possible, an explanation of why you believe the error occurred

How do I find out the balance or available credit on my Visa account?

I've lost my Visa card. What should I do?

Please report this immediately to the Lost/Stolen Visa Card department. They can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800.325.3678.
