MIT TouchTone Teller
Access your account any time of day, seven days a week by calling 800.648.4411. You can put MIT TouchTone Teller to work anytime you want to manage your accounts from a remote location. This is an especially convenient option if it's after business hours or you can't make it in to see us. You can choose to navigate through the system using your phone's keypad or your voice. It's that easy!
Here's what MIT TouchTone Teller can do for you...
- Account Inquiries: Listen to your account balance and the amount currently available for transfer or withdrawal.
- Loan Inquiries: Obtain audio reports of your current balance, the amount you've paid, your next payment amount, your next due date, and year-to-date dividends.
- Share Certificate Inquiries: Provides an audio report of your current balance, dividend rate, maturity date, and year-to-date dividends.
- Transfers: Transfer funds between your MITFCU accounts.
- Share-to-Loan Transfers: Use money from your share account of choice to make a loan payment.
- Loan-to-Share Transfers: Transfer funds from your line of credit to your share account of choice.
- Deposit/Withdrawal Information: Provides the date and monetary amount of your most recent deposits and withdrawals.
- Transaction Inquiries: Confirm whether checks have cleared or receive information about your last transaction(s).
