Your account balances are only a text message away.
MITFCU Texting makes it easy to access account balances and transactions, right on your mobile phone. It's the fastest way to get your balances - anytime, anywhere

As simple as texting your friends.
Just text a short command to 454545, and you will quickly receive the information you want. Here are some of the requests you can make with MITFCU Texting:

  • BAL — Current and available balances for a primary account you designate
  • LAST — The last five transactions in your primary account
  • BAL ALL — Current balances for all the accounts you have with us
  • TRANS  —  New! Transfer funds from a source you set  in e-Branch to the Primary Account used for MITFCU Texting

Secure access to your balances and transactions
Not only is MITFCU Texting fast and free*, it is secure. To get started just log into e-Branch and have your phone ready so you can complete the enrollment process.

We will text an activation code to your phone that you must enter into e-Branch in order to activate MITFCU Texting. Also, we never send confidential information such as user ID’s, passwords, or complete account numbers via MITFCU Texting.

We've made MITFCU Texting Even Better!
Log into e-Branch, and click on the Mobile Banking & Alerts page, and enable these new features: 

  • Receive a low balance alert if your balance drops below a threshold that you set in e-Branch
  • Transfer funds via text message with the new TRANS command
    First you set a transfer source account in e-Branch. After that, you can transfer funds to the Primary Account used for MITFCU Texting.
  • Add a second phone number to a user account
